Zay looked Neale's face over carefully after Pyra's comment, and then glared curiously at Noru. "You have him as a Captain before?" "No, I knew him long before he was promoted. He's Neale Geroldus." "This guy's a Geroldus?" Zay huffed in surprise. "Yes. Apparently his mother is on the board at NAAM. Professor Vivian, if I'm remembering right," Noru explained. He looked Neale over carefully, keeping a hand against his neck to read his vitals with his personal brand of soul magic. "He was a troublemaker when I first worked with him. Stubborn as a Venbu, and damn near as strong too. Back then, I witnessed him take on a Colossal on his own." Norus snickered. "He almost got himself killed, but managed to scare it off. Might have saved the Caravan, actually." Zay looked away from Noru and began to think on it. "Was it the Lok'Sha?" He mused. Noru sighed. "I don't know." The medic turned to Pyra. "I doubt it though. Lok'Sha aren't known for letting people limp away. I don't think it was an Eldi, either. Certainly not a Myti. There's no way to tell for sure." Back outside, Marilyn gave Flin a curious look. "They told us that Monsters are common at night," She whispered, "Was it just supposed to scare us into shape?"
