I am not sure how the other races see telepaths though I can see Earth as a place where they are perhaps both revered and mistrusted; possibly segregated from humanity and allowed only limited interaction. I base that on the fact I am sure politicians don't like being around telepaths and also wanting to use them as tools.

That leaves how the other races see Telepaths and I wont presume
