Alright, well in that case, I've got another idea that kind of stems from that. Basically, outside of Italy, this whole situation hasn't been going on too long. It's maybe been four days or so since everything collapsed and the anarchy and madness began. [i]In[/i] Italy however, it's been going on for just over a month now, but other governments had managed to keep it relatively quarantined until recently. So basically the Italians have been through quite a bit before the RP actually starts.
