Super luminal sensor speed doesn't even make sense (exceptions being space magic like the force) I wouldn't be comfortable with any ship having stock sensors that can work faster without a good justification like... 
Well I guess EVE does in the sense of warp capable probes but the 14AU directional scan (that is instant) literally has no basis in physics so I would say it only picks up data at light speed.
