We are looking at the same tech that we have today Barioth, after all it is only a few months from now, so no new shiny stuff inclouded, except what is planned to be released to the general public/active military use inside this time.

Also I need you to say how big of an area should this RP incloude? A whole world? A sinle country (and which then)? A single city (and which)?
