[@soren] Well magic is used like in FFVII with materia. youngest you can be is 16 and the restrictions are all pretty much listed in the OOC if it's not there and you're not sure just shoot me a pm.

[@Burning Kitty] No need to. I'm sure there's a logical reason for you to be with us and not be apart of O.M.E.G.A. or maybe you are and you just don't use magic for one reason or another a la Rock Lee for example?
