If the above is true then with equal equipment II is superior.

III is the weakest in any armor should read III in G1 MJOLNIR = II in G1 MJOLNIR

Now that I researched it better and removed my just plan dislike of the IIIs it should is like this:
IV in G2 MJOLNIR = II in G1 MJOLNIR
IV in G2 MJOLNIR < II in G2 MJOLNIR
IV in G2 MJOLNIR = III in G1 MJOLNIR
IV in G2 MJOLNIR < III in G2 MJOLNIR
II in G1 MJOLNIR = III in G1 MJOLNIR
II in G2 MJOLNIR = III in G2 MJOLNIR
III in SPI armor < any in MJOLNIR

In other words the IVs are the worst. Did not realize that.
