The Fotians do know their people. Luckily there are a lot of people from different places here, as long as she hides herself well she will be fine. Also she may be able to pick up an ornamental mask and wear it briefly while walking through the halls. She has no bounty in any other place but Fotia so she should be fine if she lays low from them.
