Aye, ive done it, some customers are older, foreign, and many other things. [color=ed1c24][b]IT IS YOUR JOB TO ADAPT TO THEM[/b][/color], sometimes you cannot help them, and struggle to understand but that is where you call over someone else who may be twin language or better able to help. theres always a way round, you just got to think on your feet and find it. (this was highlighted as this is the main point of any customer service)
