As a race, they're formidable enough to conquer other worlds, but as a character Nebulosa is at Ace as a diplomat more than a student. She only has some minion-class constructs with her, and the rest of the constructs would be considered too much of an actual weapon to be allowed anywhere within a learning facility. So think of her as having: 

10 minion-class constructs that are mostly just there for fleshing out her character, some limited ability to project zero-grav/heavy-grav pockets of space that are about 5 feet in diameter, telepathy that she refuses to use with other races due to her xenophobia, and the toxin in her claws that could create some interesting rp if people were up for it, and the ability to "leech" intense emotions from those around her (mostly rp based, none of the characters she leeches from would be effected in any way unless they wanted to write that they were somehow).
