She has an insatiable curiosity and loves the interplay between other races, especially when it involves conflict in some form. Her mannerisms and expression always make her look as if she is “looking down” on those around her, though whether that is the case or not is dependent on her mood. She seems to take everything in as a game or some cosmic joke that only she is capable of comprehending, though if you manage to intrigue her enough she will gladly share some of her inner thoughts with you. She is incredibly hard to attack on a personal level, but takes any blaspheme towards Venestia as an unfathomable insult. If you dare to, or manage to, get on her bad side, she is vindictive and has a subtle cruelty that will come to sting you when you least expect it.
Opinion about 'Ace' and the other races:
She sees 'Ace' as an intriguing, if futile, attempt at peace within the universe. She tends to regard other races as entertainment more than individuals.
Family history:
The Supres vir'st Venestia Lus family is from a long line of distinguished priestesses and priests that serve the Goddess, Venestia. They are considered one of the six ruling families of the Vuliana due to their connection with the Goddess, and are capable of making lesser Vuliana bow to their whims. This is the life that Nebulosa is accustomed to, which is exaggerated by the fact that she is considered a prodigal priestess even by her own family's illustrious standards. Her family, due to their station, polices the Regents of the planets that the Vuliana hold in their control. They can, with lack for a better term, be considered the Popes of Venestia. Their word is considered Venestia's command, and her family has been the hand that has started many atrocities. Since the official warning the Vuliana leadership was given by other races to cease and desist with their slaughter of the rebels on their slave planets, the Supres vir'st Venestia Lus family has plotted and planned. Their recent decision to send their prodigal daughter to 'Ace' is just another stepping stone to some great scheme that the Vuliana are brewing.

Vuliana
Race Anatomy:
Vuliana have humanoid torsos and arms, but their bottom half is formed of tentacles that multiply over time. They begin with a single tentacle at birth, making it hard for young Vuliana to move outside of zero gravity or water. By the age of six, they typically will have grown their second tentacle and are able to begin walking. Those who have more magical ability grow their tentacles more quickly, and grow more tentacles over their lifespans. Those who grow their extra tentacles early are taken into to become the esteemed clergy of Venestia. Their hands end in toxin infused claws. The toxins are capable of inflicting euphoric or dysphoric hallucinations upon the victim. These toxins wear off with time, or with the individual's resistance to such things. They are capable of surviving without air, and can swim through the void of space or through water without succumbing to pressure or suffocation. They are at home in liquid or zero-gravity, capable of swimming within those spaces at such speeds that they become a blur. They do not birth young, but rather shed a portion of their “core tentacle” and fuse it with their partner's own to mix the DNA. For this reason, sexuality is explored much differently among the Vuliana. Bloodlines are considered sacred to them, however.
Race History:
Before discovering Venestia, the Vuliana were primitive creatures that swam through the dark void of space, siphoning life where they could to continue to survive. Venestia, the Goddess of all Vuliana, and a being of immense magical power and scientific prowess, gave them a home on her world and genetically manipulated the young race so that they could be vessels for fractions of her powers. With Venestia at the helm, the Vuliana grew into a force to be reckoned with. They married science and magic to craft ships and weaponry that work as extensions of a Vuliana's consciousness and thought. With these advantages, they conquered primitive worlds and enslaved the natives. Those they enslaved were not used as physical laborers as one might expect, but as fuel to further empower Venestia, who consumes the emotions and life force of beings through the Vuliana. Constant expansion and upkeep of the worlds and peoples they enslave is extremely important to the Vuliana so that Venestia can continously gain sustenance. Most worlds they rule see the Vuliana as benevolent rulers who introduced technology and convenience to their lives, all at the small cost of weekly donations of what the Vuliana call “Luminosity”. The Vuliana strongly control the information that is given to those on the planets, so they just believe that “Luminosity” is a donation of faith, not their very life. However, as with most things, there are the extreme opposites. There were worlds that found out what the Vuliana were doing and rebelled against them, but were massacred in their attempts to refute their manipulative overlords. The crimes that were perpetrated by the Vuliana in Venestia's name became such an issue that other races informed them that they would do everything in their power to annihilate the Vuliana and their Goddess if they didn't control themselves. Since this warning was issued a merely a decade ago, the Vuliana and Venestia have withdrawn from their previously aggressive expansion. For now, they seem to be acting as if they have been properly cowed into obedience, though the races watching them haven't believed it for even a moment.
Magic:
Every Vuliana has the inherent ability to “eat” intense emotions and to siphon life force from other beings around them, which emboldens their magical abilities. They also evolved to speak to eachother telepathically when they were space drifters, so each Vuliana has telepathy from birth, though using it with outside races is considered uncouth and even blasphemous. Nebulosa's family line is capable of manipulating gravity, but each member has a different threshold of this power. Nebulosa herself is seen as prodigal because of her prowess with it, and she can create pockets of zero-gravity or heavy-gravity. Their powers mix science and magic. Specifically, the Vuliana use “bio-magic”, and with it they control their magical constructs. The constructs vary from minions to entire ships or mech suits. The mass and number of constructs a Vuliana can control is dependent on their magical ability. The constructs are able to regenerate at a rapid pace and are extension of the Vuliana's leeching magic. The only way to finish one off is to completely obliterate it, though you can cripple them enough that they become non-functioning until they heal. The levels of construct are as follows: Minion-class: The weakest and generally the smallest. These are constructs that a Vuliana takes with them everywhere. They can appear as jewelry, clothing adornments, or as some sort of small monstrosity. Each minion-class construct is denoted by the eye located somewhere on it's body. It isn't uncommon to see the average Vuliana with thirty of this class of minion, while the stronger Vuliana can control fifty or more. Rather than outright combat, these are used to spy or for tactical, long range support. Brute-class: These are bigger constructs, somewhere between minion-class and mech-class. They are harder for the Vuliana to control, and it is generally accepted that controlling anything beyond five of the brute-class minion is a dangerous move. They are known to attack their master if improperly controlled. Mech-class: The first construct that acts as a vessel for their Vuliana master. Average mech-class masters are capable of controlling one mech-class and fifteen minion-class constructs. It is impossible to control a mech-class and a brute-class simultaneously. The mech-class construct is fast but does not hit nearly as hard as the brute-class. Ship-class: These are only used by priests or prietesses of Venestia. Those who can't make the cut into the clergy have no hope of being strong enough to control a ship-class construct. Unlike the other constructs, this does not attack in any dangerous fashion, but it does have more defensive capabilities. A radial force field projects around it to absorb and deafen blows, while it's regenerative powers remedy anything that might slip past the shield in minutes.
Venestia:
Venestia is a being of unknown origins. She is immense in size and has powers that are most closely compared with a leech or parasite. She is big enough that she is categorized as her own planet, though she does not have an atmosphere, so only beings capable of surviving in the vacuum of space are able to live on her surface. Though the full extent of her capabilities are unknown, Venestia has revealed that she has vast knowledge of genetic manipulation and bio-magic.
Other:
Theme Though her race has a robust arsenal at their disposal, Nebulosa is at Ace as an emissary, not as a soldier. Her ship-class construct is docked at the ship bay of Ace under heavy watch by the Ace police force to ensure nothing untoward happens. She has ten minion-class constructs with her to help her about her daily life, and the rest of her constructs are in hibernation mode within her ship. These hibernating constructs include one brute-class, one mech-class, and thirty more minion-class constructs. She has signed agreements with Ace leaders not to use them unless in defense of Ace. She also has signed agreements not to leech life from any other students, and has an inhibitor placed on her to prevent that specific power while within Ace. She can, however, still feed upon emotions while within the school facility, as it does not directly harm others. Her other powers are being policed as any other students would be, and are therefore judged in a situational standard.

Note: Added her limitations while at Ace under the "Other" section in the bottom of the character sheet.
