In the country, away from the prying eyes of humans, there is a gravel parking lot where the store Goldie Lochs lives.  Behind the store is a wall of trees and across the way a field of cows.  It is clearly visible from the highway with an old, but well-painted sign swinging out front.  The building is old but obviously well taken care of.  When the door is opened a bell will ring alerting the shop owner that someone has entered the store.  Upon entrance, a calm and comfortable feeling inexplicably falls over all who step over the threshold.  The windows let in a wonderful amount of light, the rays occasionally glittering over floating dust particles.  Most things are wood - the floor, the counter, and the shelving.  The walls are painted a warm taupe and the trim light daffodil yellow.

An assortment of knick-knacks, baked goods, and jewellery can be found in the store.  All who enter seem to find exactly what it is they need.  The cash register is an antique with big clunky buttons and a large handle.  Somehow, patrons of the store always manage to have the exact right amount of money to purchase the things they find.

The only thing is that you will never find it on google maps.  There are no yelp reviews.  You can only find the store when you need it.  Or if you wrote the directions down on paper.


[b]The Farm House[/b]

If you take the dirt path behind Goldie Lochs, you will wind through the forest before coming to a wrought iron gate.  There is no lock but you cannot open it unless you have permission.  Through the gate, you can see the elegant, lavender coloured victorian style house.  The rest of the view is obscured by hedges kept high and trimmed beside the fencing.

There are three floors and a basement.  The basement is strictly off limits to anyone besides the Ranger.  The first floor consists of a comfortable living room, kitchen, dining room and study.  The stairs lead up to the second floor with five bedrooms and two bathrooms - one of which is connected to the master bedroom.  One last set of stairs leads to the attic.  It is dusty and filled with boxes of junk from past Rangers that no one has thrown out.

The gardens lay to the back of the house.  Where the forest begins marks the end of the safe area for humans.  Some fairies visit or live in the gardens.  To the average human eye, they may appear as different sorts of insects and arachnids.  However, if one was to look closely and for long enough they would see their true form. [/center]
