The suit is mostly dark green, silver, black and bronze in color, with slightly lighter legs and helmet, complete with a complex visor and internal systems on the inside. While no one has claimed to see the man behind the suit, one can at times vaguely see his face underneath the glare and tint of the helmet visor. Those who claim to see a stern, chiseled, caucasian face of pure hatred and anger, with brown eyes, bushy eyebrows, while sporting stubble on his chin. Judging by the eyebrow color, it can be concluded that Doomguy has short brown hair, although the style of which is currently unknown. [b][color=2E8B57]Faction:[/color][/b] Humanity (Himself) [b][color=2E8B57][u]Personality:[/u][/color][/b] Doomguy is a merciless ball of muscle and rage, who without question is utterly ruthless when in combat, especially against demons. He is well-known for literally ripping opponents apart with his bare hands, tearing apart corpses with total disregard in order to gain access into restricted areas, and seeming to relish in the destruction of everything that moves around him, all without saying a single word. This makes many people, most notably the demons, believe that he is simply a rabid animal at first, hellbent on killing anything that moves or makes an action against him. However, he's not completely merciless. Doomguy empathizes with and seeks to protect humans from the ravages of the demons and to some degree the Angels themselves. Despite his ruthlessness, he is remarkably intelligent and knowledgeable of the high-tech weaponry and machinery, making him an excellent salesperson when selling firearms that he picked up on his adventures. In fact, if he trusts you, he can become an incredibly powerful ally, but if you do him wrong, or if you try picking on something you shouldn't be picking at, he will not hesitate to stop you from achieving that goal for the sake of mankind and, if the stakes are high, the world itself. [b][color=2E8B57][u]Bio:[/u][/color][/b] The Doom Slayer. To the forces of Hell, that name is the everlasting equivalent of the boogieman. The simple mentioning of his name sends shivers down the spines of the demons who've encountered his wrath. He fell into the realm of infamy as Hell saw him as an unstoppable beast of terrible power and ferocity, hellbent on killing any demon that laid in his path. Even the strongest ones of the day has trouble standing against him, for he was that powerful. But out of all the questions, how exactly did the Doom Slayer come to be? Well that's a question that seemingly no one, but the Doom Slayer, can answer. And even then, it's already a complicated story to explain. Records of the Doom Slayer's rampage can be heard within several testaments provided by the demons that occupied the conquered realm of Argent D'Nur. Below are a recording of what happened: [hider=Doom Slayer Testaments] [youtube]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5UF6ashzkw[/youtube] [/hider] To translate, the Doom Slayer was an ancient and mystical time traveling warrior who either was banished to Hell or simply chose to stay there as he rampaged across the realm for "eons" as an unstoppable force of death and destruction. This eventually lead him to become an icon of fear to all demons. In addition, he eventually took the crown of the Night Sentinels, an order of holy knights that protected the City of Argent and once stood against the armies of Hell in the realm of Argent D'Nur eons ago. He appeared either during or after the realm was absorbed by Hell, when a member of their order betrayed them to make a deal with the demons to bring back his son in exchange for a path to the source of the Night Sentinels' power, the Elemental Wraiths. Now crowned the new leader of the Night Sentinels, the Doom Slayer scoured the Umbral Plains as he went on a rampage against any Demon he came across in his quest for vengeance against the Dark Lords who had "wronged him". And on his crusade of revenge, the Seraphim bestowed upon him terrible power and speed, after which he proceeded to crush the obsidian pillars of the Blood Temples and sought to destroy the beasts of the nine circle. He also found an ally, supposedly a demon who betrayed Hell itself, and bestowed upon the Marine, an armor [i]"wrought in the forges of Hell, impenetrable and unyielding"[/i], which would be the first incarnation of the Praetor Suit. That armor would be upgraded during his trials to the one he wears today, with one upgrade making him able to absorb "Argent Energy", a powerful demonic energy source, directly through use of specialized weapons. We'll get back to it later. And as the Doom Slayer spread his despair among the Hordes of Hell, a colossal Demon known as the Titan rose to face him, and a mighty battle was fought between them. The Titan fought with all the fury of his fallen brethren, but fell nonetheless to the Doom Slayer, and the Hordes of Hell were routed. The Doom Marine's thirst for revenge was insatiable, and he sought the tombs of the Blood temples again looking for prey. There the Demon priests of the Blood Temples laid a trap to capture him, and as the Doom Marine, blinded by his fervor, was lured into the trap, the priests brought down the temple upon him. They entombed the Doom Slayer in a cursed sarcophagus, separating him from his armor and trapping it in a separate stone slab. A sign was burned on his crypt, the mark of the Doom Slayer, warning all the denizens of Hell that the terror held within must never be freed. But unfortunately for Hell, that very sarcophagus was eventually retrieved by the Union Aerospace Corporation (UAC) from their dimension and took him back to their research facility on Mars. As they began to experiment on him, one of their own launched a demonic invasion onto the base, which awakened the Doom Slayer as he awoke and ultimately stopped the invasion of Hell. [b][Insert Plot Details Regarding DOOM: Eternal - Coming Soon][/b] And at the end of it all, the Doom Slayer had enough of all this. He wanted to rest and recover from his journeys and take a break from all this action. Yet he soon realized a terrible truth. The Argent Energy that's used to make him stronger has now become not simply an addiction, but a dependency. He needs Argent Energy simply to survive and if he doesn't absorb enough within a week, he'll slowly rot from the inside out, eventually killing him. Having recently been reunited with the recently reborn Night Sentinels, and recognizing all the weapons he has found and carried throughout, the Doom Slayer began a life as a traveling arms dealer, supplying elite firearms and other unique weapons to those in need when he's not killing demons, all in exchange for Argent Energy. And as long as there's demons to slaughter... as long as Hell exists... then this wouldn't be that much of a problem after all. Yet according to the Night Sentinels who serve the Doom Slayer, his story goes back even further. Those fortunate and worthy enough to hear the real story of the Doom Slayer's past will find something way more then what the demons have recorded. But alas, they have not disclosed this infromation to us at the same time. He can use his immense strength when combating opponents in melee combat, allowing him to rip apart limbs and crush their skulls in with relative ease. His endurance and durability allow for him to live longer on the battlefield, surviving falls and enduring most hits that would cripple other mortals and his speed allows him to outmaneuver his opponents to strike quick with extreme accuracy. These skills are enhanced significantly when he's within his Praetor Suit. [*][b][color=39b54a]Argent Energy Absorption:[/color][/b] Doomguy can absorb Argent Energy via his Praetor Suit, which reroutes it throughout the suits subsystems and into his body. This allows him to become more powerful overtime, but also to simply keep him alive. Argent Energy can be collected by killing demons or finding Argent Energy Cells (AECs) while having a soul harvester chip implanted into your weapon of choice. [*][b][color=39b54a]Master Combatant and Weapon Mastery:[/color][/b] Doomguy is capable of using any weapon or firearm in his possession with master proficiency. He can use all firearms he comes across with great effect, while also upgrading and modifying his arsenal. He is also capable of carrying a vast amount of weapons through a pocket dimension he can summon at will. [*][b][color=39b54a]Advanced Intellect:[/color][/b] Doomguy has shown to possess a high level of intelligence as he is able to use technology from other worlds with no signs of unfamiliarity, despite resorting to violence. His affinity for guns has also later helped him in becoming a traveling arms dealer, in which he sells guns to the worthy in exchange for argent energy, a substance he grew to depend upon immensely. [*][b][color=39b54a]Rip And Tear [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] - Essentially Doomguy's melee style, in which he rips apart limbs and smashes skulls of any opponent he can get his hands on, while moving quickly to annihilate the next opponent in front of him. This style is amplified when enraged or during an extreme adrenaline rush. [/list] [b][color=2E8B57][u]Equipment:[/u][/color][/b] [list] [*][b][color=39b54a]Praetor Suit [Lvl1]:[/color][/b] - Doomguy's Praetor armor is extremely durable when in combat, being able to tank an assortment of hits with minimal damage to the user inside. The inclusion of the Delta V Jump-Boots also allow the user to double jump in the air. [*][b][color=39b54a]Weapons & Firearms:[/color][/b] - Doomguy carries a lot of guns within his pocket dimension... and by lots, we mean TONS of guns. If you can name any weapon that exists, chances are he'll have it. While he has access to all of these weapons, he saves most of them for his traveling shop, and would often use the most practical of weaponry to get the job done. To conserve on ammo, he uses more powerful weapons are used against more powerful foes, while weaker weapons on weaker enemies, basically using weapons appropriately and never to overkill. Most of these weapons can be upgraded to add new abilities to said weapon and/or to improve their efficiency. [list] [*][b][color=39b54a]Chainsaw [Lvl ∞]:[/color][/b] This hack n' slash weapon is Doomguy's favorite when tearing through opponents. Can be used to slice enemies six separate times, with more fuel being added depending on the size of the opponent. Cannot be upgraded. [*][b][color=39b54a]Pistol [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] The UAC EMG Sidearm ("Energy-Matter-Gel") is a weak pistol that shoots streaks of plasma, however it has unlimited ammo. Only used as an emergency weapon. [*][b][color=39b54a]Combat Shotgun [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] The DS-117 Shotgun is Doomguy's primary weapon in standard engagements. Max ammo currently is at 20 bullets per cartridge. [*][b][color=39b54a]Super Shotgun [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] The Super Shotgun is one of Doomguy's prized possessions, being a classic double barreled break action shotgun that is devastating at close range. Fires two shots per round of 20. [*][b][color=39b54a]Heavy Assault Rife [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] The Heavy Assault Rifle is a standard UAC type machine gun that's ideal for hitting fast-moving targets. Has 90 bullets per cartridge. [*][b][color=39b54a]Plasma Gun [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] The plasma gun is an automatic directed-energy weapon that fires off a stream of concentrated plasma. Holds 150 rounds per cartridge. [*][b][color=39b54a]Rocket Launcher [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] The Rocket Launcher is a weapon that can deal massive damage to the receiving opponent, as well as others around it's splash zone. Holds 10 rounds per cartridge. [*][b][color=39b54a]Chaingun [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] The Delta-12 Chaingun is a massive weapon that is capable of suppressing multiple targets at once. This allows the weapon to sustain an almost endless firing cycle, as long as ammunition is present. Holds 90 rounds per cartridge. [*][b][color=39b54a]Gauss Cannon [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] The Gauss Cannon is a powerful and incredibly accurate weapon that fires steel flechettes (metal spikes) at extremely high velocities using a magnetized chamber. Holds 20 rounds. [*][b][color=39b54a]BFG-9000 [Lvl ∞]:[/color][/b] The BFG (Big Fucking Gun) 9000 is a massively powerful plasma energy weapon which utilizes ionized Argent Energy. It fires a green burst of plasma, damaging enemies near the projectile during flight and can vaporize most targets upon impact, as well as causing significant splash damage to enemies standing in the vicinity of the projectile's explosion. It has only 3 shots and is used as a weapon of last resort. Cannot be upgraded. [*][b][color=39b54a]Frag Grenades [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] Simple grenades that can be chucked at the opponent, causing them to go boom. Fun stuff. Doomguy can hold 6 of these at a time. [/list] [*][b][color=39b54a]Medical Kits [Lvl 1]:[/color][/b] Doomguy carries three medical kits to supply his allies when they are wounded. One kit is currently able to heal 25% of the injured player's health. [*][b][color=39b54a]Power-Ups [Lvl ∞]:[/color][/b] Doomguy can carry up to two power-up orbs within his stash and use them in battle. Each power-up grants him an enhanced ability that helps him in battles. These power ups include; [i]Quad-Damage[/i] (boosts damage from his weapons by 4x for 10 secs), [i]Invisibility[/i] (render himself invisible and undetectable for 15 secs), [i]Regeneration[/i] (able to regen health slowly for 5 secs), and [i]Haste[/i] (speed increases by 2x for 10 secs).
