Also, though this is the chief of staff's role more than anything, congressional/senate leadership typically is advised of this in order for them to start spearheading it as well. It's a lot of communications. It's good to get this started, because it was a fun idea being brainstormed by three friends where we were kind of looking at a presidential admin RP and we thought it'd be more interesting to have a crisis. Then we went way afield for a crisis that would allow all kinds of shit to happen.
