Alexander had, once again let himself get distracted, he'd decided to skip the weights all together,closing his eyes and letting his morph flow as far as he could he hefted one of the benches lazily, Unfortunatly, due to the fact he'd not been paying attention to anything much and had been more interested in seeing how far he could push himself and letting his mind wonder in darker places than it should he'd just lifted the bench that Roxy and John were sitting on. the sound of wood and metal cracking indicated he was using his claws as a way of gripping the large bench.
