And will only wear them whenever it is called for it, during the cooler months she will be seen wearing some kind of leather jacket and some boots as well. Her hair she tends to either wear it in a pony tail or she will wear it out, she tends to keep it down just past her shoulders most of the time. She will occasionally wear makeup, but she prefers going natural most of the time.

Maria is also known to be very stubborn when it comes to certain subjects and also very hardheaded. Maria also seems to be the happiest when she is out in the woods bow hunting. She is very close to her family, especially her younger sister who she adores and will always have some kind of contact with her. Maria is always seen out and about, she likes to be athletic and always wants to try and take care of herself as well as her body. She always wants to stay healthy and happy, she is also a little bit gullible and cant really tell sometimes if people are joking or being serious.

[b][color=lightgreen]Why did you want to become an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.?:[/color][/b] After competing in the last Olympics Maria was back at her local gym doing her usual routine exercises, a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent approached her. They were impressed with her skills with the bow as well as her athletics and winning a few silver medals. And they offered her a job at S.H.I.E.L.D. at first she wasn't sure about the job. But she always did want to do something for the greater good, and she thought it over the next day or so, and she ultimately decided that she wanted to join up with S.H.I.E.L.D. she applied for the Operations Academy.

[b][color=lightgreen]General History:[/color][/b] ]Maria was born as the oldest in her family, her father owned a family farm outside of the town of Zelienople and her mother growing up on the farm from the age of seven when she was old enough she would take care of the farm animals, they owned four cows, five horses, ten sheep and about thirty chickens. Maria actually enjoyed working side by side with her father, when Maria was around the age of thirteen her father decided to take her out on their first hunting trip. 

He had bought her a bow her first kill was a white tailed deer, but when Maria was fifteen years old her mother and father started arguing constantly until eventually they filed for divorce. During that time Maria decided to take up learning and taking up archery as a way to keep her mind off of things. And she eventually decided that she wanted to make it a profession when she got older. She also competed in a few athletic competitions as well, at first they were local then she started to go national as well.

Maria had a choice to either live with her father or her mother, but she chose to stay with her father since they were closer and Maria was old enough to choose which parent she wanted to live with. Maria was still close and saw her mother and sisters quiet often, when high school came around Maria did very well always getting A's and B's and the occasional C here and there. Maria eventually graduated from high school, she took up sports competing in both archery competitions as well as triathlons. In 2016 Maria decided to go and apply for the Olympics and qualified to join the Rio Games. Maria won 3 silver metals in archery and 2 silvers in the triathlon as well, after that Maria went back home and started to practice for the next competition. That's when she was approached by S.H.I.E.L.D.
