A houserule governing the matter is naturally possible to be set. This is simply how WotC wrote the tiebreakers to be performed, but I am fine with adding an additional layer of randomness on top of it. Now personally I prefer giving the one who rolled higher on the die the chance to act first, but that may just be me. Nonetheless, before any decision is made, I would prefer to hear from [@Ryonara] just as well.
