She can try to pickpocket him if it's within her character to do so. (Highly likely.)

As for if he'd notice... Depends on how she goes about doing it. Considering that Dillan is playing a part and his focus is on her at the moment, he has a better chance of noticing than if he was focused on other things. At this moment, if some random thief approached him and tried, he probably wouldn't notice. But he is looking at Alex, and he isn't an idiot. He's not new to Clock Town, and he knows to be on the alert for thieves.
