Arthur tilted his head, but pulled out his phone. He hadn’t realized how much time had passed since he got out of her place. He saw he didn’t have any messages or calls from her on his phone. He just assumed that she had been sleeping this entire time, as he was pretty sure he hadn’t woken her up. About to dial her number, Noah’s number suddenly appeared on Arthur’s screen, and the blood left his face. He didn’t have time to talk to his dad. He needed to make sure that Eva was safe. But he couldn’t just wait for it to keep ringing. He deliberately hit the end call button. This is the 3rd phone call in a row now that he would be missing from his father, and this one he deliberately ignored. Arthur pulled up Eva’s contact and called.
