[@Altered Tundra] For the history section I would prefer paragraphs (if only for fairness sake). As for the year, we can assume its 2018 if you'd like. Though I was intent on it remaining vague because I was never sure what year it was in the manga or anime.  IC wise there were two human cities that I could recall, Yusuke's city and another where the parasite outbreak had occurred. 

To make things easy I was going to focus on Yusuke's city. It would make sense that he would search for apprentices around his home.
