[@Jangel13] I think that I will cast my vote for option D.  There is a level of organization and efficiency that we yet lack.  It would be beneficial to have more time to secure such aspects before we attempt to tackle more intelligent factions/foes.

Edit: Besides... I can't make sufficiently advanced medicines to treat the injuries that are likely to occur from the inevitable acts of... diplomacy.
