[indent]My roommate and I are looking for TWO other guys in their twenties to join us in our apartment in Brooklyn! We're 20 minutes of Union Square. We're in the Bushwick neighborhood and it is the artistic and creative place of New York City. We're also in an exciting lively neighborhood where artists, writers, musicians, and locals all come and hangout! Countless great restaurants, as well as some of the best new bars, yoga studios, and a beautiful park 1/2 block from the house! Convenient bus stop right down the block!

We're looking for two others to split rent with us. Rent is $3920, so we'll be splitting the cost evenly as all the rooms are the same size. So it roughly comes to $980 which includes heating and water! Electricity is roughly $25 each a month with internet being paid by me so there's no worries there. Our apartment also includes a private roof deck for parties or just chilling!

The two of us are working guys who like to have fun on the weekends. We don't have any pets, aren't really looking for any, but that's not a deal breaker!
