She hated being called Inanna. It only served to remind her of a life she wished she could have forgotten - the husband and his pathetic friends and the crime they almost had succeeded in committing. Her eyes were flashing with fire as she looked at Gilbert, before instructing him in clear and rapid Sumerian to never call her by that name. It only brought up painful memories for her, part of the reason she had such a strained relationship with Gilbert. He reminded her too much of her life in Uruk. She seemed to have caught Gilbert's annoyance, but it melted away once she saw the newcomer and Nancy couldn't help but grin. "Have you ever met a Crypt before?" Nancy asked Sophia. "They're one of my favorite bloodlines - and you're looking at the source," she answered, forgetting to respond to Sophia's question as to whether the woman was a Paradox. She was impulsive and chaotic, her mind jumping from point to point without slowing down. She missed things like that on occasion. Nancy would have argued it was only human of her, but she wasn't human at all - she was an Emendator. And likely the poster child for ADHD. "Come on, I'll even introduce you, Sophia," Nancy offered, before she skipped over to the newcomer. "Hello there, stranger," Nancy said with a huge grin, looking at her. She once had considered trying to use an image of her for the Magician or High Priestess card, in a custom set where all of the illustrations would be replaced with people Nancy knew. Drem and Evelina were going to be the Lovers; Giouse the Emperor; and Glibert Strength. There were a bunch of Paradoxes that Nancy had considered for other positions, but she had never got around to the project - never felt quite in the mood to work on it. She didn't mind, smiling slightly even before she noticed the newcomer. Andromeda frowned slightly, recalling a woman of a similar description her half-brother, Walter, had told her about. He had gone to visit a witch in Altsoba, prior to unleashing the devil and causing so many in that small town to perish. Walter never said if the witch herself had survived the flames and destruction - but Andromeda knew that most didn't. Could she have died? Was she looking at someone who knew her brother? Yet Andromeda wasn't certain - it could have been entirely coincidence. Not every woman with deathly pale skin and dark hair was the same - she herself would have been slightly irritated if someone assumed she had to be another person they knew that was albino. It would have been silly to assume she was the same woman, when all of time and space seemed to converge here in terms of those who had perished. Yet it continued to bug her and she made her way over to the woman, her curiosity driving her actions. "...I am so sorry if this is not the case, but do you know a Detective Walter Hanson?" Andromeda asked.
