Welp, I guess I'll take this as my chance to finish writing IC for March, maybe change some orders now that I have some idea of my nation with Dossier.

Btw question regards to governmental changes and stuff: If you were to example do corruption investigation or if parliament/council were to vote on *insert new law here*, would it count as Diplomacy or other secret action? Also, do things like small arms and munition produce itself or do you need to do the Economic/Military action first?
