Yep. Just specify which continent you wish to be on. (Eurasia, Serranthia, Fifth Continent or Saldorria).

Additionally, for those who believe their dossier is out of date. It probably is. Once I get around to finishing everyone’s dossier, I’m going back through and updating all the changes. I appreciate your patience.
