Where as she thought the way Cassie and Serix loved each other despite their differences was sweet, he had an almost disgusted look at the mention of the Lunairan and Human being together romantically. As she spoke, the whole time she could see an inner struggle of sorts and she wondered just what was all running through his mind at this moment as she greeted him and introduced herself to him. “Jaxil,” The boy in front of her said in return, “It’s, err… pleasant to meet you.” Hearing his hesitant greeting for some reason brought a slight amused smile to Terra's lips. Perhaps it was the irony of his statement and she tilted her head to the side, "Well, you Lunairans must be pretty strange if it is a pleasure meeting someone in these conditions." She joked softly, an attempt to lighten the dark situation they were faced with, even if just a little. As the boy in front of her thanked her, another soft smile came to her face, "Don't thank me." She shrugged, "It's...it's the right thing to do. Human or not, you're still a person. A life that matters." Her mind wandered back to the the others, the ones still locked away in those cells. Before coming to search for this Lunairan in front of her, she had caught word that interrogations were on hold for now, thanks to Cassie convincing Ryan to instead focus on their defenses. Should she....should she tell him? Looking to him, she met his gaze again and decided that, yes she should. She thought to her brother, that if he was locked up and she had escaped, she would want to know he was alive. She should give this Lunairan the same grace, "You're teammates...they...um....they haven't been interrogated yet." Averting her gaze, she looked down her hands as she spoke, "It's been put on hold. Cassie managed to convince Ryan to wait until they've looked for you and have fortified the caves." She looked to him once more, "They're alive. And knowing Cassie and Serix, they'll continue to work to make sure it stays that way."
