I think it's important to stay that way and not lose the wonder of life.

Location: Ville au Camp - Near the Oak Tree (Refreshments Table) Skills: N/A
"Ah, kids after my ovn heart," Alexandra sighed. She watched with a soft smile on her face as the children stuffed various sweets into their mouths with wild abandon. She had admittedly grown rather fond of them. In many ways, they reminded her of herself, their love of life, their energetic ways, their curiosity, their innocence... Her smile faded some at that last notion. She wasn't as innocent as she used to be, and she knew it. The brutal murder of her parents and the strong presence of the ravenous Soulless back in her old timeline had ripped apart what innocence she had into a million pieces. She was left grasping at those pieces for even a semblance of her old self, but it was hard to put together a puzzle when so many pieces were lost. Maybe that was why Alexandra herself was the epitome of wild abandon, because she was broken and she knew it. So, basically she said "oh well" to being a normal human being and decided to embrace the brokenness and to give it new life and a new meaning. She shook out her body in a metaphorical attempt to shake off the melancholy that was creeping up before raising her chin and striding over to the refreshments table. She gave James a sweet smile before looking down at the assortment of goodies. Her eyes widened slightly, and her mouth watered. There were so many options! How would she ever decide upon just one thing? Oh, she knew the solution to that question. Don't. What a great idea! She opted to try literally one of everything. She leaned back against the table and let out a moan of pleasure at the savory goodness. "Oh-this-is-so-go-od," she mumbled with her mouth full, glancing over at James. It would seem his attention was elsewhere though. Well, more for me then. She shrugged it off and continued to dig into the sugary food and drinks. Currently, food was her number one priority if you couldn't tell.
