[@Searat] This will be a low fantasy story, so there are no other races. As mentioned, the last remnants of magic are ancient royal artifacts and folk healers/witches, who are social pariahs. Priests of the continent's dominant religion can use prayers to effectively cast "Cure Light Wounds" or "Detect Evil", but no fireballs or things like that.
