Fortunately for Flin, his vision was focused on the ladder that he was climbing despite being surprised by the light that he spotted from the corner of his eye. Regardless, he kept going upwards. He poked his head out of the hatch briefly before pulling it back down. The brief glance allowed him to see Zay's situation, and he managed to hear part of it. He seemed to be doing alright, which he assumed by seeing the one defeated Myti. But he seemed frightened. Zay could hear Flin's voice within his ear, isolated from the Myti. "Don't panic, captain. You're doing well." He spoke reassuringly. "Don't let her get into your head." He added. Flin hoped that Zay was still focused enough to fight. "Anyway, captain, sound wave incoming..." He spoke. He stood firmly on the ladder, resting his back against it. He rose his hands. He launched another high pitched sound wave at the two Myti that had their backs faced towards him with his left hand, and launched an Arcane shard with his right hand, which was aimed for the back of one of the Myti's necks, while they'd hopefully be disoriented. "...Now!" He informed Zay, hoping the distraction would allow him to act.
