[@Valor] Looks alright to me, although everyone is recruited from Protelus itself; feel free to have him come from one of the more 'wild' parts of the planet, but they wouldn't recruit him from a separate world. Armour is fine - as basic and what not as a scouts should be.

Edit a little of his background so that he comes from their homeworld, and you're all good I.E. Can put him in the Characters tab.
