The city of Seattle is secretly run by a group of five vampires known as the council. Each of the 5 vampires has their own clan that they are in charge of. Each council member is a powerful member of Seattle society, some in the seedy underbelly of the city or even politics (or is that the same thing?) Your human character meets my vampire character somehow and at first doesn't know the truth about their existence. 

The idea is that they eventually fall for each other. Coming from two very different worlds, what will their fate be?
