-Gm controls this world. Weather, NPCs, what you see, hear, ect.

I am on everyday and can easily do roles to determine such things. This does not mean I need to role for everything. You can also apply to run a NPC, especially if that NPC is reoccurring. For example Deos Morran's Chiya.
