The refugees that were stacking up had to be let in, they deserved humanitarian aid at least, Vigentino did not seem interested in protecting human life so Julia took the step further. Allowing the refugees in (native julians, vigentino natives as well), the Julian government allowed these people to come in. Providing them with a temporary housing with the soldiers who weren't doing anything else, they were given a few showers and bread and water to share until their conditions could improve. The government was left to deal with once again another pressing issue...
