Lance was glad that the guy was gone, as he tried to get free from his restraints, but he wasn't really able to. He was too weak to be able to fight against it and get himself free, and he was starting to wonder what had happened to Guin, and he really hoped she had gotten out. Then she could go get help, get their parents to come take Sterns out, and at the moment that was his only hope really. A few moments later, Sterns came walking back into the room, having figured that no one could have easily survived that fall, and went back over to Lance, before resuming what he had been doing. Tony started going through everything he could find about the van. "Damn it!" he yelled out before he punched the table. "I can't find anything else about that dumb van, so we've got no information to go off of to find it!" Now Tony was panicking, a lot, and he was finding it difficult to calm down. This was all his fault, no matter what anyone else said. He was the one who had lost sight of the kids, and now they were in danger because of his carelessness!
