[@Rockin Strings]The only issue I see so far is that you left durability off of the stats.  That would mean that it defaults to an E, low normal level, but you also mentioned that he was more durable so that he could handle his power.

As a reference, I think Dash from the movies would be:

Str: C
Dur: C
Ene: B
Agl: C
Int: D

He can only run at 100kph or so, though.
