As of the beginning of this, there is no regiment to speak of, there isn't even a PDF on Jafetsport!

The other eight planets are essentially Frontier Worlds of varying levels of civilisation, colonised by populations from outside the system (there by their own will or against it), so I imagine it'd be quite like the Wild West in terms of equipment and so on I.E. most frontier inhabitants would have [i]some form[/i] of weapon, whether a solid-projectile autogun or an old pattern lasgun, possibly even no guns at all but a sword that also acts as a family heirloom or a simple farming tool. There is [b]no[/b] designated Forge World in the system to make weapons and armour though.

We are essentially the 40k version of [url=https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Minutemen#Equipment,_training,_and_tactics]these fine folks[/url], and in similar conditions at the beginning of the roleplay; our own clothing, rudimentary weapons - since they're not provided by Jafet (who is safe in his station...for now.) - and no combat experience except for local wildlife/hunting.

Some may well be Guard veterans however, and therefore would possibly have kept their equipment - if the Munitorum didn't grab 'em first!

Apart from that, and with concern to the worlds, you're perfectly fine to just create them as you will - as long as you bear in mind their designation. In terms of settlement and so on, it hasn't been all that long since the system was settled, and because it provides more-or-less nothing to the Imperium at this point they really don't care about it.

So, does that answer the question/it that understandable?
