It was an old habit, given that it was the tongue she learned before she became conscious of what she was: an Emendator. She then glanced over at Sophia, feeling a bit disappointed on her behalf. She hadn't encountered a Crypt in her timeline? She couldn't help but be mildly shocked. The death and decay in Georgia would have appealed to one that came to mind in particular, though she supposed she could always make the suggestion to her. If she was here, she doubted the other one would be too far behind. Or ahead. Just a matter of perspective. "Well, the Crypts are easily the best bloodline I've ever encountered," Nancy explained to Sophia, not giving any sort of qualification as to where that statement came from. She then grinned as she received the small trinket. She always adored getting brought gifts from different times and places. In fact, it was often something she requested whenever someone left the loop - that they bring something back for her. "Oh, you shouldn't have," Nancy commented, accepting it and looking it over. "Maybe one of these days they'll get it right...Though I do like the portrayal of me in some of the 21st century films." Andromeda however was just looking at her with wide eyes. So she was the woman that her brother had spoken so much about. "So you were there, then...At Altsoba..." Andromeda said, not meaning to be rude and dismiss the questions others had, but it was blowing her mind. She hadn't met very many people who had survived the tragedy of Altsoba. In fact, if memory served, she only knew five in her lifetime. An unbeknownst to her, all five had died not too long after she had. "Sorry, I'm...I'm Andromeda Aldrich, Walter's half-sister," she then explained. She wasn't too keen on voicing out loud that her brother had summoned the devil, though she was curious to know if the Emendators had been aware of that. Or if it had been something that they weren't supposed to interfere in, something that was just supposed to happen, meant to be. She then glanced around, knowing that Walter had said the witch he visited was rather keen on family. Had Walter met Paradoxes and Emendators before? Were some of these people present at Altsoba when the world nearly ended?
1 = Whatever
