As the blame shifted from Germans and the Tsar to Bolsheviks they might have been subject to progressively less discrimination in this time line though. Certainly no mass deportations to Siberia. Maybe they dominated the regions population at the time of the Russian empires collapse. Hm. That would be INTERESTING. Aaron you're making me want to make a majority German state in Russia.
