[@Trackten] -- Southern parts of mainland Japan, Royalist Whampoa The Taiwanese zealots didn't do racial discrimination, they instead went for religious extremism as they execute their jihad to avenge their pyramid. They were much more angrier with the fall of their beloved Pyramid compared to Japanese sucessionism. But the sucessionism and the anti-Yong sentiments did provoke their ire even more. Quite a huge number of the Taiwanese zealots who went into their jihad, happened to be ethnic Japanese themselves. However, it has aroused the attention of the higher-ups, who were very troubled by the sudden extremism and also Japanese sucessionism. The Yong Dynasty particularly wasn't happy with the zealotry for it violates "true Kuomintang Shinto" and also fuel further sucessionism. The Nanyangese were very unamused and bitter about this riot, too. Under the orders of Berthold -- the Mahakaisar of Royal Whampoa and King of Nanyang -- a joint Nanyangese-Taiwanese force was sent to crack down on the riot and restore peace. The military would only intervene moderately, they would try to separate opposing crowds and avoid bloodshed. -- Northern parts of mainland Japan, Koryo As for the Koryoans, they had far fewer numbers than the Taiwanese in southern Japanese lands do. Most of them calmed their tits after witnessing the huge numbers of the pro-Japan hordes, but still they stood strong flying their own flags and signs.
===============
Yong Theresia, the Empress of Taiwan, was sitting on her golden throne. But she was deeply troubled and visibly upset. And her emperor consort Loh Franz was standing beside her bowing a little, looking worried and sad. She shook her head and sighed, "Rebels are rising all over there, the Holy Pyramid fell and my subjects falling into hysteria...... May Amaterasu blesses us all." The empress looked downwards and continued, "And pretty sure Berthold will get crazy about all this drama..." As soon as she finished her word, a servant came in and knelt, while shivering fearfully. "Your Imperial Majesty, The Mahakaisar has arrived for a visit!" he shouted, then switched to a quiet yet nervous tone, "He looked really bad!" "Oh no..." the empress sighed. "What to do now..." "Call--" A sudden strong aura permeated the throne room. Berthold walked his way in without any regards for formalities and rules. "Puan Yong Theresia. Gutentag." he spoke in a cool, yet powerful voice that sent the ground shaking, as opposed to his usual cheerful voice. "O, konitsiwa, Encik Tschan Berthold. Are you here because of the rioting?" "Oh no, no, no, Puan." he spoke in a mocking sarcasm while showing a fake grin. "Uhhh......" the empress stared at an upset Berthold trying to speak but ran out of words. "Ehh, would you mind calming down?" Franz softly spoke in a effeminate tone, "It would be easier if we cool down and relax. We can solve the problem better when we work together in harmony." "Do you think it really works, my boy?" the empress mockingly replied, "Boy, you're too young, too simple, sometimes naive......" "Hmm......" Berthold glanced at the youthful, innocous Franz and then nodded in silence. "You're right, Franz. We should put aside any feuds now and work together solving this shit." He finished speaking smirking a little. "You started it all in the first place," she bitterly sniffed, "If it weren't for you, ruining my dream in Holy Huaxian times, this wouldn't have happened." Berthold facepalmed and shouted, "My, my, what the fuck is wrong with you, bitch?! Are you too addicted with power, to the point of recklessness? Even blaming the riot with something that happened like, more than a hundred of years ago!?" The empress got up from her throne and furiously stomped the floor in anger. "You fucking killed my Holy Huaxian Reich! You took away my power and weakened Taiwan! You tore apart the old Reich of mine into pieces, then you unite them once again under your banner, and then call yourself the hero of Whampoa?! Not only that, you continued to boss me and my Taiwanese even when you lost badly in the last war! What a fucking selfish guy are you!" "If the Holy Huaxian Reich still stood in place, the Japanese would have peacefully knelt before my will and submit before us!" Berthold slapped the lady on her cheek, "Oh my...... Are you really that delusional?!" Franz let out a huge cry and screamed, "Enough! Reckoning about the past would not do shit for the present moment!" He bumped onto both persons and pushed them apart from each other. Berthold and Theresia went silence staring at Franz, shocked. "My... my... my boy...... y-you..." "Franz, I'm glad you are a man of reason and love..." "Y-you... I-I know..." "Why must we argue against one another, even in the face of a huge crisis?" the young boy cried, and then was left wordless as he continued crying. "Hmm yeah, he's right," Berthold added, "Remember the last few times we worked together, Puan Theresia? We Whampoans fought alongside one another when the Indian Empire came sweeping over all of Asia. And we stood united pushing to the northlands for the first time, and founded our Reich in front of the Tiananmen. This all would not have been likely had we not united under one banner." "F-fine... y-you... yeah, I should listen to you two this time..." "So, Puan Theresia, let us work together like we did few times ago." "F-fine, dude... whatever... so what should we do?" "Of course the first thing to do is to tell the folk, that we did not mean it. Apologize to everyone. We have to comfort their souls and hearts firstly." the Mahakaisar spoke. "B-but, Berthold, why should I be sorry to those idiots!? They caused the problem in the first place!!!" "Calm down, Puan Theresia! Calm down, milady!" Theresia cracked a bright grin after Berthold finished speaking. "'Milady'... this is the first time I hear that from you..." "Yes, and I am sorry for making you unhappy in the past. Sorry for all the troubles." Theresia now smiled even brighter than before. His sincere apology really made her day it seemed. "See?" Berthold spoke, "I told you nicely that I am sorry. And you're happy now." "N-n-no! W-why would I be happy with y-you!?" "We can talk and flirt about that later, okay milady? My point is to make them feel at peace and love, so much of the problem will go away." "And then, of course, we should enforce peace and order there, while avoiding any more bloodshed. Separate the opposing parties away from each other. Let them go rally elsewhere, and away from each other. So they do not fight any further." Berthold said further, "And of course, reaffirm our sovereignty over those lands while speaking." "Wise words, Encik Berthold," a smiling Theresia praised. "Thanks," Berthold replied with another big smile. "Now get ready, it's time for action,"
===============
[@Trackten] [@Paillan] Imperial Hall, Empire of Taiwan Many folk were disturbed and troubled by the recent rioting, witnessing the fall of the Holy Pyramid and the brutal fighting that followed. The secessionism irritated their irk further. Many Nanyangese and African Germans felt greatly shameful and disturbed by the sheer extremism and barbarism of their Taiwanese compatriots. Berthold and Theresia jointly held a speech regarding the recent riot. The many battlemages and riot officers stationed themselves from the entrance, stopping any people from flooding into the Taiwanese Imperial Hall. "To the folk of Whampoa, and to all the other folks of the world..." Berthold spoke loudly yet solemnly from the stage. "Lately there has been some rioting in Japan, as you may have known. First of all, on the behalf of the Whampoan Reich, I express my sincere apology to all victims harmed in the Shikoku rioting." he said, and the entire scene fell into a deathly silence. "It all began in peace, no shots fired, no blood bled and everyone just rallied on the streets. Sadly, amidst of the violent riots in northern Japan, some mobsters blew up the Great Pyramid, the Great Pyramid that some adored so much. That stirred a massive jihad amongst those zealots running amok in Shikoku right now." As he stopped, murmurs and gossips of all sorts began to flood the awkward silence. Some boos could be heard from the crowds. Berthold continued, "And here, I condemn the sudden, brutal violence of the religious zealots, and I reprimand the terrible discipline shown by some police officers. There is no need to behead people over the Great Pyramid. I am certain the folk in Shikoku did not blow up the Pyramid, the Pyramid was far away and the folk were busy rallying. And some police officers there, on the other hand, not only failed to uphold their duty of peacekeeping, but even joined the madness of those religious zealots. The rebellious sucessionists were not without faults, however. Religious extremism and sucessionism from all sides were tearing our national unity apart. Partisan politics has split Whampoa into two, we do not need to fracture our Reich further. I would like to stress Whampoa's sovereignty over the lands of Shikoku and Kyushu here." Many claps from the supporting crowds, but also some boos and gossips from skeptics too. Berthold left the stage amidst a mix of applause and ridicule. The crowds went shouting hysterically as Theresia slowly walked her way to the stage. "My sincere message to my Taiwanese subjects and my fellow other Whampoans. Before we begin, let us pray to Amaterasu, the One Almighty." As she finished, some people from the crowds went chanting silently, while some others giggled mockingly and booed at the prayer. After a few minutes of prayer, she resumed with her speech. "I hope you have heard of the massive rioting in Shikoku and Koryo. I am very sad seeing all the bloodshed that ensued. Of course the religious extremists are to blame, but if you ask me, I think the sucessionist rebels are to blame. If they have never rallied in the first place, and obediently accepts my reign, there would have been no bloodshed at all." "Ahem!" "B-Berthold?" "Oh my..." Berthold shook his head, "Y-you should not have said that, especially in a rude way... Good job." "W-what?! I am saying the truth! They were threatening our sovereignty and ruining our unity! And they are to blame for blowing up the Holy Pyramid! This is truth!" Yong Theresia angrily screamed. "Alright, stop. We will talk about that later." Berthold said to Theresia, before turning to face the journalists, "The comment of a regional leader does not necessarily represent the views and opinions of the Whampoan Reich as a whole--" "I am not a merely regional leader, Berthold!" the Taiwanese empress threw a tantrum and stomped the floor like a spoiled brat, right in front of Berthold and all the journalists, "I am not just a lady, but I am the damn Empress of Taiwan! The Empress of a great Empire, and the head of a classic dynasty! The rightful heir of the Holy Huaxian Reich! I hold more lands than you do, you Nanyangese monkey! You are nothing without me and my generous help!" "Whoah!" The hall was full of flashes and also murmurs from the amazed journalists. "And Taiwan is destined to rule the world, and the last to fall! Alles Erdreich ist Taiwan undertan! Taiwan is the greatest empire ever, we are the proud heirs of China, Japan, Rome and Germany, and we are far, far greater than our foremothers! Bow before me, you filthy Nanyangese monkey! You all! Kneel before your Empress now!" "Theresia, fine, fine, you are a good Empress okay? Alright, now I'll bring you somewhere else and you can scream about your glory all you want. Before that I must end this meeting properly." "Well, the talk is over for now. We have some... internal problems that have to be solved elsewhere."
