Damien- Ursula's Brew -> The Streets
[@DC The Dragon][@Rodiak]
Damien smirked as he took the cup of coffee and took a sip. Damn! The barista was right, that shit was STRONG! Even for one of Damien's blood. He pushed the money across the counter and walked over to a table by the window. He glanced over at the person behind him but didn't think too much of him. Damien kicked up his feet onto the table and continued to drink his coffee. This was exactly what he needed, and the "Screamin' Bean" brew didn't disappoint. Things seemed to be good, and no more demon attacks for now. He looked down and noticed a glow coming from under his shirt. "Huh?" Ravana murmured in Damien's head. It seemed that all five weapon's attention were focused on this. Damien reacehd under his shirt and pulled out his necklace that was given to him by his mother when he was young. It was... glowing. Faint but it was definitely there. Something was up. This was the first time this ever happened. Damien turned and noticed that the glow dissipated, but when he put it closer to the window, the light got brighter. He had to find out what the cause was. "Best follow that trail, Damien. This doesn't feel like something you can ignore." Morgana advised. "Awwwww......." Onna whined. "But we just got coffeeeee....." Damien took off the necklace and wrapped the chain in his hand, keeping the amulet clutched in his hand. He took one last gulp before leaving the rest behind as he rushed out of the shop. Damien kept careful watch of the glow with every turn he took. Any time it got dimmer, he turned on his heels and retraced his steps until he could find a new direction. As he briskly walked through the streets, he found himself at the entrance of the city park. He went from looking at a dying lightbulb to containing a flashbang in his hands. "It's here." He muttered. Once he took a step through the front gate, the light had begun to pulse in his clenched fist. It was reacting to the presence of something. The brightness had died down to something manageable to look at. With that, Damien begun his search in the park.
