Ernest looked upon the the Ribbon with fantination.

As the Ribbon disappeared, Ernest pondered his next course of action. He checked his terminal:

Ernest assumed the ribbon was the source of the damage. "That thing... could damage me... even though I was still so far away from it? I didn't detect any projectiles from it...." Ernest made a mental note (of sorts) to approach the ribbon was probably extremely dangerous.

Ernest was slightly frustrated that the repair pods were taking so long to repair the dorm. He then started using his navigation system to find the nearest station or inhabited planet, or basically anything he can land on and interact with.
