Welp, missed this when doing my posts yesterday. Er, I'm still in, but the next time I'll be able to write a post will be sometime after the 22nd. 

Just assume that Cyril scurried off once law enforcement arrived - that would've been the gist of my post anyway. If he needs to be present for something for plot purposes, just assume he was. I can fill in the blanks when returning if needed.
