Kanye has been manipulating the right and left  black and white, urban and suburban to sell albums for years. He's an absolute lunatic, but his ability to market himself has been unquestionable. He could run and he could win. Like [@TheMadAsshatter] says, it's the cult of personality. Celebrity culture has been closer and closer to tipping over into american politics for so long now, Jesse Ventura, Arnold Schwartzenegger and Donald Trump  was the full tilt. Expect to see a lot of Kanyes, Dwayne Johnsons and Oprahs in the white house for the next few decades.
