Regarding your request that is. A sniper with NVG is acceptable.

full body armor, a grappling hook with forty foot retractable cable, an 
electro-cosh (similar to a cattle prod, but holds the potential to render opponents unconscious via an unforgiving shock), a small combat knife, 
four syringes of adrezine (gives you a heavy adreline boost and causes temporary yet potent release of pain surpressing endorphins, lasts to full effect for about an hour), three frag grenades, and three pulse grenades.
