Only looking back as Guin piped up, Nina excused herself and went inside, following the injured individuals to help out. It was the least she could do now - and better than waiting on tenterhooks outside, sure of another attack on it's way. Taking in the amount injured - thankfully, quite small - Nina made her way to Beast who was currently not being attended to. Forcing a comforting smile on her face, she began examining the head wound. "We'll get you sorted Hank. Try to relax - the kids are safe now." A more accurate statement would have been "safe for now", but the last thing Beast needed was more stress. He agreed with Sara and the others. Of course, they'd had a back-up plan in the case of escape. What would they have spun if they'd captured them all? Or worse, killed them? Probably blame it on a mutant going postal, knowing the US government. It didn't really matter who the scapegoats were, the US sure did a good job of weaving fake propaganda about them to get the public on their side. "We can't even come on TV to defend ourselves either. They'd probably show up busting doors down." He muttered darkly, flopping into a chair with a groan and rubbing his eyes. Even though he hadn't even done anything useful (Which in turn made him feel pretty useless), he felt exhausted, as if the adrenaline rush of the past hour had just completely drained him of his energy. God only knew how Allison, Sara and the two women who had supported the wing outside felt. "Where do you suppose the real X-Men are? Cyclops, Storm? They should be able to help us out." He asked to nobody in particular, hoping someone would have an answer. Someone waging war against all of mutantkind didn't seem like a job that teenagers and young adults would be able to handle by themselves.
