Hand-to-Hand involves both unarmed fighting, knife fighting, and other very small arms fighting (like kukris, shanks, etc). So, feel free to change your Hand-to-Hand to II and to use your leftover 1 point on another weapon.

For his flaws, would you consider renaming Coarse to Crude? And for traits, can you define Cool-Headed? And finally, being Well-Read is reflected by Expertises and Skills; perhaps, however, he could be a Quick Reader / Quick Study? Everything else looks good.

Personality is good. Equipment is good. History is good. Make the edits I've advised and your character gets a thumbs up. He can join the cast of characters I will consider.[/hider]
