While everyone else might have gone for the more casual approach to relaxing, AJ was someone who marched to the beat of her own drum. While the others might opt for shorts or something like that, AJ walked out of her room with a sunflower-themed dress that was laced with designs of floral patterns. It was like something out of the 70s with how many colors were represented. Her smile was wide when she walked out of her room and even wider when she happened to knock on the door of the groom. Something that had always escaped her was how little she knew of the man that was going to marry one of her closest friends. A man known to her only as Darien. Oh sure, they were friends on facebook and perhaps the two have exchanged a poking war here and there, but did she actually know Darien? At the bottom of her gut, she felt as if she betrayed herself if she didn't get to know this guy. It would not only be a crime if she didn't at least introduce herself to him personally. After all, they were likely to be in each other's lives. Her best friend was going to be wed to him in less than a week. As she stood in front of his door, she hesitated from knocking on it. "Why am I not doing this already? Just go on and do it, Andrea! Do it!" She chanted to herself, giving herself some hypeman-esque confidence. Well, here goes nothing. Knock! Knock! Knock! Three solid knocks were all that it took to announce oneself without barging into the room. AJ was one of those people who could wait for days and not lose her smile or feel as if she was being ignored. Someone like her always found reasons to smile. Okay, almost always. But still! She, in the moment she waited for him to answer, was happy. Her smile soon widened when she saw it open. And when it fully opened, she held her head high, back staight, and an eagerness to know her best friend's future husband. "That was a nice end to our last poke war, wasn't it? Thought I had you for a moment."
