I think Bikatu would join the guild because she desperately wants a place to fit it. She's tired of just sitting out in the snow and doing the same thing everyday. Sure, it was alright at first but now she wants something different. She wants adventure, an escape from the ordinary. She also thinks that she'll find a place to fit in there and maybe make some needed friends.
