To pre-empt something I hope someone will pick up on: I am aware the golden eyes/things called Dawn association has been done in other works of fiction, specifically the Fallen London universe and a mediocre horror movie I saw in college that's name currently escapes me. I wasn't trying to be derivative of either of those, but in hindsight it probably looks a little bit that way. To clarify, Kirill doesn't have weird golden irises from being "touched by the sun" or some shit like that. This man literally ripped his eyes from their sockets and replaced them with solid 18-karat spheres as an ultimate act of devotion. Depending on the level of body horror tolerated in this RP, I may depict how and why that happens, plus some other rituals they've come up with.
