Time for my usual character for these type of Rps 

Name: Peter Cole was born 

Alias: Hawk

Gender: Male

Age: 25

Powers/Abilities: He can control and manipulate electrical fields. Using it he can fire electricity from his hands. Fly but only for a bit. He is working on trying to move objects with his electricity. He is still mutating. However he has one major weakness. Water. His powers go haywire in the presence of it.

Personality: he is a nice guy. Well Pere is. Hawk can be a bit cold and uncaring so long as he saves the day. It is a constant battle to control it. He always tries to be a nice guy. Pete is seen as a bit of a playboy but that is an act. He is a nice guy but there is clearly something wrong. 

Backstory: Pete was born in Helios City to Nathan and Jennifer Cole. He did not know this at the time but his father was the original Hawk. Pete had inherited all of his fathers old powers and his responsibilities. So when his parents died in an explosion about two years ago it became Pete's job to protect Helio City from those that would wish to take it over. He also inherited his family's technology company. His father had made it after he had discovered his powers. So Pete has a lot on his plate of he wants to survive. Will he? Time will tell.
